Adrem Attorneys Law Firm is hiring up to two paid legal interns. The internship is for a period of at least 3 months up to 6 months.
Adrem Attorneys is an independent boutique law firm based in Baku, Azerbaijan
and specialized in banking, finance, international commercial and corporate
laws, and alternative dispute resolution. The law firm has become a preferred
local counsel for major Azerbaijani companies and clients of the law firm have
included international law firms, the largest companies of the non-oil sector
of Azerbaijan, international organizations and a Fortune 500 corporation. The
law firm offers its services in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
Duties of Legal Interns
• Preparing brief overviews of recent amendments to the legislation;
• Drafting and reviewing of contracts, other agreements and other documents;
·Reviewing corporate documents of legal entities
and submitting them to the relevant state authorities;
• Preparing internal documentation of the law firm;
·Translating documents;
·Preparing reports of her or his daily activities for performance review and etc..
Main requirements:
• Must be a recent graduate (graduation from bachelor
or master program shall be within past 2 years or on the last term of her or
his legal studies (preference might be given to current master students)
• Modesty and hard-working;
• Analytical skills and orientation in details;
• Computer skills;
• Excellent English and Azerbaijani. Russian is desirable.
Benefits
·These vacancies are most suitable for young lawyers interested in developing their skills. Nevertheless, the legal interns will be modestly compensated.
·The experience at our law firm will help young lawyers to specialize in banking, finance, international commercial and corporate laws, and alternative dispute resolution.
·After the internship, the intern may be offered a long-term employment agreement.
